If you are not satisfied with MetaTrim BHB for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. This guarantee applies to:

  • All package sizes (2-bottle, 3-bottle, and 6-bottle)
  • Both opened and unopened bottles

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Return all bottles (opened and/or unopened) to the provided address.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Terms

  • Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Bank processing time may add an additional 3-5 business days

What to Include in Your Return

Damaged or Defective Products

Wrong Item Received

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
